Refund policy

Returns

Our goal is always for you to be happy with your purchase so if your product has been damaged in shipping or you have received a wrong product, you can return it within 7 days.
To start a return, you can contact us at theaacandles@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will email you where you should return your products. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
